**Duties**:
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments for patients
- Greeting and checking in patients upon arrival
- Assisting the chiropractor with patient examinations and treatments
- Maintaining patient records and updating information as necessary
- Managing the flow of patients in the office to ensure efficiency
- Collecting payments and processing insurance claims
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing patient inquiries or concerns
**Skills**:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Basic knowledge of chiropractic terminology and procedures is a plus
This role requires a high level of professionalism, as you will be interacting with patients on a daily basis. The ability to work well in a team is essential, as you will be collaborating with the chiropractor and other staff members to provide quality care to patients. Prior experience working in a chiropractic office or healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
