**Bancroft Construction** is a family-owned and operated company that has been at the forefront of the construction industry since 1978. Specializing in roofing, waterproofing, sheet metal, and custom metal fabrication/welding, we take pride in our ability to deliver exceptional results on new construction, remodels, and repairs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Plan and schedule labor, equipment, and materials for construction projects to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Conduct on-site inspections and quality control to uphold our high standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide on-site problem-solving and decision-making.
- Train and mentor team members to promote skill development and adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are met on all projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the roofing or construction industry (3 - 5 years) is required.
- Previous experience in sheet metal, waterproofing, or roofing is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes and regulations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- A commitment to safety and the ability to enforce safety regulations effectively.
- The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Full Time
- Salary at $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
