- Utilize financial software to track and maintain accounting records
- Perform general ledger reconciliations, daily collections, daily mail, daily checks, daily deposits.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Handle account payable for separate entities and vendors
- Gathering invoices and communicating with the billing department
- Utilize QuickBooks or similar software for timekeeping
- File, maintain, and distribute accounting documents, records and reports

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Experience in general ledger reconciliation and account keeping

Join our team as an Accounting Assistant to contribute to our financial success and growth

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
