Houston, Clear Lake & Galveston positions available

**Qualifications/Experience/Requirements**:

- Perform a daily walk-through as assigned to spot possible problems.
- Perform minor plumbing and electrical work and repair equipment when breakdowns occur to maintain operation.
- Knowledge of pool maintenance and chemical treatment.
- Has the ability to communicate well in both written and verbal forms.
- Ability to repair aesthetic defects i.e. painting, signage, hinges, doorknobs etc. Able to paint with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.
- As the Maintenance Technician, you will be on call for emergencies.
- Maintain a positive and hospitable attitude towards all employees and residents.
- Knowledge of pool maintenance.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
