**Job Title: Social Media Manager**

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our growing team. As a Social Media Manager at Stark.ai, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support our overall marketing objectives. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and stay updated on industry trends to optimize our social media presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Create engaging content for multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
- Manage and moderate user engagement and interactions across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and implement campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Generate reports on social media performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech or digital marketing sector.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, content management, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- Certification in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
