**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Works with the cross functional team to ensure industry best customer experience
- Project planning and scheduling
- Primary point of contact for customers during their remodeling project
- Manages and executes the order process with suppliers
- Manages and executes shipment tracking and receiving
- Inventory management pre and post job
- Utilizes existing Kitchen Tune-Up systems and has a passion for continuous improvement
- Manages customer experience through the Kitchen and Bathroom sale
- Assist customers in the showroom and sells as needed
- Performs job invoicing and statement mailings on a computer system.
- Performs any other duties as required.
