**Inside Sales **Specialist**:

**Alexandria VA Branch location**

**Full Time Hourly position - on-site in our NOVA office**

**The Len the Plumber HVAC **Inside Sales Specialist** will outbound on open service and sales estimates to close outstanding opportunities and create new revenue for the company.**

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Assist the sales manager and sales coordinator with tracking results of all sales calls and open opportunities.
- Prioritize unsold opportunities for sales and service departments.
- Follow-up in a timely manner on unsold opportunities with the intent to save the sale and generate revenue.
- Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Work with the sales manager and sales coordinator and to maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to multi-task with high accuracy and attention to detail and prioritization.
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite: including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Prior sales and customer service experience is a PLUS
- Experience with Service-Titan preferred but not required.

**Experience/Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Sales experience a PLUS

**Compensation**:
