**Executive Administrative Assistant Essential Functions**

Executive Administrative Assistant

2. Involved in firm marketing projects and website.

3. Plan and execute events.

4. Will cover for the receptionist from time to time

5. Efficiently perform several tasks concurrently and in an organized and efficient manner.

6. Must be able to use office equipment, including but not limited to a computer, copier, and telephone switchboard as well as related software programs

7. Must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills

**Required Education and Experience**
- 3+ years of experience in a professional services environment, CPA or law firm preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in Project Management/Business Administration or a combination of education and experience.
- Must be comfortable with technology and willing to learn new software and skills.
- Proficiency in the use of computers and computer software programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook) a must.
- Outstanding skills required in organization, follow-through, written and oral communication.
- Strong administrative, computer and customer service skills are essential. ProSystem fx Tax, GoFileRoom and PracticeCS experience a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
