Intake Specialist

**WE ARE GROWING Burnetti, P.A. has been serving the injured people of Florida for 30 year and we are seeking a full time Call Center Intake Specialist (Bilingual preferred) for our Lakeland office. We offer competitive salary and benefits: health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO and 401(k).**

**This position is not a remote or hybrid position**

**Essential Job Functions**:

- **Answer in-bound phone calls from current clients and potential clients;** **Collect pertinent information from each caller as it pertains to their matter;** **Monitor, organize and input data into case; management system;** **Other duties as assigned.**

**Must be available for after hour calls that include weekends**
- **Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred**

**Educational Requirements**:

- **High School Diploma and/or GED Required**:

- **Associate's Degree preferred or comparable work experience**:

- **Valid Florida Driver's License required**

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

**Education**:

License/Certification:

- Florida Driver's License (required)
