**Your Skills**:

- Partners with Procurement Department, Service Team, and Regional Leadership to oversee and manage the execution of Capital Expenditure Projects.
- Knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures and ensures all associates are in full compliance.
- Manages risk management strategy including best practices, liability insurance compliance, and incident reporting.
- Ensures all corporate programs and technology are executed and results and/or usage meet company expectations.
- Ensures that buildings and grounds, public areas, roads, walkways, parking areas, amenities and all other shared areas are all maintained in accordance with company policies. Takes corrective action to eliminate unsatisfactory conditions.
- Performs weekly site-wide property inspections with Service Manager.
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365 product suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams). Working knowledge of Pricing and Revenue Management software as well as familiarity with Yardi and prop-tech systems.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities incumbent upon a Resident Services Associate as needed. (Refer to Resident Services Job Description.)
- Assists at other Windsor Communities as directed by Divisional Manager.
- Performs additional assignments as directed.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
