Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory, and guest satisfaction.
  • Drive sales and profitability while maintaining a high level of customer service and food quality.
  • Hire, train, and develop a talented team to ensure the success of front and back-of-house operations.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a passion for customer service.
  • Experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
