**Entry Level Purchasing Sales Specialist**

**THIS IS A PURCHASING POSITION**

**Pay**: $45,000 a year plus commission

**Benefits**: After 90 days - Holiday pay, Medical and Dental, Sick days

After 1 year - 401 K, Vacation time will be earned

**Hours**: Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.

**Duties**:

- Work closely with the Account Manager on key accounts.
- Handling the daily needs of the branch's key accounts.
- Research the client's performance and working with the sales teams to strategy to hit targeted goals.
- Assist and build new accounts through, marketing research, and purchasing products.
- Learn the recycling product that we handle daily.
- 5% travel will be needed.

**Required skills/Abilities**:

- Associate degree required in either Marketing, or Business major.
- 1-2 years of experience with inside sales support / customer service / marketing research
- Knowledge of Sales or Purchasing is a must.
- Knowledge about the Recycling industry is a plus but not required.
- General computer efficiency including ability to operate Microsoft word, Excel and Power point.
- Excellent communication, organization time management, and problem - solving skills.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Preferred someone who has knowledge of the recycling industry in particular e-waste.
- Carrying a sales hunter mentality uncovering and converting new prospects.
- Must possess influencing, persuading and negotiating skills.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
