- RN nursing degree from an accredited college or school of nursing required (LPN acceptable in NY & PA)-
- Current state license to practice as a registered nurse required-
- Three to five years management experience preferred-
- Previous experience in a hospital, skilled nursing care community or other related medical facility required-
- Compassionate, patient and good communication skills-
- Be vaccinated for the flu (during flu season)
