Fitness Equipment Technician

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Conduct routine maintenance on a variety of fitness equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines, and exercise bikes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Repair and replace defective parts to restore equipment to working condition.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to prolong the lifespan of fitness equipment.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repair work completed on each piece of equipment.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in repairing/ refurbishing and maintaining fitness equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical components related to fitness equipment.
- painting shrouds and plastics, detail to make used machines in excellent working and like new finish

Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet service deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear explanations of repair procedures.

Pay: $20.05 - $24.15 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
