**Position:** Pavement Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Spring, Texas

**Compensation:** Competitive daily rates, starting at $150 for newcomers and increasing to $200 for experienced line stripers and pavement maintenance technicians.

**Employment Type:** Contract

**Your Role:**
As a Pavement Maintenance Technician at EverLine, you will embark on a journey working on various projects throughout the city. Armed with specialized equipment, your mission is to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of parking lots, warehouses, and garages.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Execute tasks such as line painting/striping, asphalt crack filling, seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more.
- Collaborate closely with our Operations Manager and Crew Supervisor to ensure the delivery of top-notch projects.
- Uphold a safe and hazard-free work environment, prioritizing the well-being of all.
- Embrace additional tasks as required to ensure our projects shine.

**Qualifications:**
- Possession of a valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable means of transportation, enabling you to access our exciting projects.
- A self-motivated and critical thinking mindset, poised to tackle new challenges head-on.
- A keen sense of punctuality, organization, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Physical fitness and stamina to excel in a role that demands ample walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs).
- The ability to work independently, demonstrating confidence in executing tasks without constant supervision.
- Experience with paint sprayers or small engines (e.g., lawnmowers) is considered an asset.
