**Position**: Korean/English Translator & Construction Site Assistant

**Location**: Kokomo, IN

**Pay**: $32.00 - $34.00 / Hr

As a Korean/English Translator & Construction Site Assistant, you will play a crucial dual role in our operations. You will be responsible for assisting in managing construction site operations and facilitating clear communication between our Korean-speaking and English-speaking teams. Your responsibilities will include assisting site staff, translating documents, interpreting conversations, and ensuring effective communication on the construction site.

**Key Duties**:

- Assist in daily construction site operations.
- Support and coordinate with site staff, contractors, and suppliers.
- Help ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining project schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Help monitor project budgets and manage resources efficiently.
- Assist in inspecting work quality and ensuring it meets project specifications and standards.
- Help resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the construction site.
- Translate written documents from Korean to English and vice versa.
- Interpret conversations between Korean-speaking and English-speaking team members.
- Assist with the preparation of bilingual reports and presentations.
- Support project managers and other team members in language-related tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in both Korean and English (written and spoken).
- Strong interest in learning about construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative.
