Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warranty Administrator. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the warranty process.

**Duties**:

- Review and verify warranty claims submitted by customers or dealers
- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate for each claim
- Enter claim information into the warranty system accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding claim status and any additional information needed
- Coordinate with service technicians to gather necessary repair information for claims
- Maintain organized records of all warranty claims and related documentation
- Assist in resolving any warranty disputes or issues that may arise
- Stay updated on manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Previous experience in warranty administration or related field is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with warranty management systems or databases
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Note: This position must be paid, including internship positions.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
