Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warranty Administrator.

As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the warranty process.

Duties:

• Review and verify warranty claims submitted by customers or dealers
• Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate for each claim
• Enter claim information into the warranty system accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate with customers, dealers, and manufacturers regarding claim status and any additional information needed
• Coordinate with service technicians to gather necessary repair information for claims
• Maintain organized records of all warranty claims and related documentation
• Assist in resolving any warranty disputes or issues that may arise
• Stay updated on manufacturer's warranty policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
• Previous experience in warranty administration or related field is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with warranty management systems or databases
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Note:
This position must be paid, including internship positions.

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
