**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain and develop components within Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Developer to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Work with various departments to understand their needs and ensure that the Salesforce environment supports business goals effectively.
- Working with offshore integration development resources, collaborate to optimize existing and new integrations using Salesforce APIs and third-party integration tools.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, ensuring our solutions leverage cutting-edge capabilities.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance.
- Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Salesforce and its integrated systems.

**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.

**Work Experience**
- 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of its ecosystem and product suite.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in development tools and programming languages specific to Salesforce, such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Proficiency in MYSQL and JavaScript
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and a solid understanding of integration platforms like MuleSoft.
- Knowledge of APIs and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Familiarity with products that integrate with Salesforce and how to leverage them for business solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I) preferred.
