The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its capabilities and limitations, and be able to develop and deploy solutions that enhance our business processes and improve overall efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customized Salesforce solutions to support business requirements and drive operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable solutions.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other relevant technologies.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, identifying and addressing performance issues and bugs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and new releases, ensuring our implementation remains aligned with best practices and industry standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, data models, and process flows.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and other team members.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practices.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and techniques, including REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React is a plus.
  • Salesforce Developer certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer I or II) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
