**Director of Operations for Multiple Healthcare Clinics**
**Locations: Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Spring Valley and Woodbury - Must be willing to travel to all locations as necessary.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve operational objectives, elevate patient care standards, and optimize overall performance across urgent care facilities.
- Operational Oversight: Provide decisive leadership and guidance in all operational aspects including staffing, scheduling, patient flow management, facility maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of exemplary patient care through the implementation and oversight of quality assurance initiatives, adherence to clinical protocols, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and empower operational staff. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
- Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with medical providers, clinical personnel, administrative staff, and external stakeholders to streamline operations, optimize processes, and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Technology Integration: Harness technology solutions to drive operational efficiency, facilitate seamless communication, and enhance patient outcomes. Stay abreast of emerging healthcare technologies and trends.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness, track progress, and drive ongoing improvement initiatives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations governing operations, including licensure, accreditation, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
- Emergency Preparedness: Develop robust protocols for emergency scenarios, disaster response, and business continuity planning to ensure uninterrupted care delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations management, with a strong preference for experience in urgent care or similar clinical settings.
- Demonstrated understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of building and nurturing effective relationships across all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex issues and devise actionable solutions.
- Willingness to travel between multiple urgent care locations as needed.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Competitive salary ranging from $200,000 to $250,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
