- Maintain a positive work environment and foster teamwork among staff.
- Oversee the reservation system and ensure accurate bookings and room availability.
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and other regulations.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new guests and maintain customer loyalty.
- Conduct regular inspections of all hotel areas to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to brand standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Boarding Houe Mangager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication in English and Spanish and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in telephone sales.
- Proficient in hotel management software, (Cloudbeds preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

Pay: From $72,000.00 per year
