Essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform planning and system implementation with consultation to monitor progress with assigned agencies
- Assist with developing and reviewing Employee Benefit workflows
- Adhere to established workflows and training materials
- Deliver remote and/or onsite training courses for introductory and intermediate level users.
- Provide timely and detailed responses to agency partners’ requests for support and assistance
- Assist with special projects for employee benefits as needed
- Manage multiple projects at once with detailed plans and due dates
- Demonstrate a strong, positive, customer service-oriented approach with interactions and in training activities
- Evaluate results and initiate changes to meet organization objectives
- Develop and manage relationships with Agency Partners
- Provide manager with regular updates on issues
- Help to establish and cultivate relationships with vendors we partner with

**Requirements**:

- Advanced knowledge of Applied® Epic insurance agency management system software and basic knowledge of other agency management systems
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and anticipate solutions
- Experience specializing in employee benefits in an agency setting
- Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Professional, organized, and strong communicator. Must be able to communicate ideas, concepts, and strategies to all levels of the organization.
- Competent with collaboration tools such as WebEx, Zoom or Teams
- Able to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Education/Experience
- Minimum of 3 years working in an agency setting specializing in employee benefits.
- Experience with Applied® Epic insurance agency management system experience
- Knowledge of other agency management systems such as Brokerage Builder, Agency Bloc, and BenefitPoint
- Minimum of 1 year training experience
- College degree preferred
