Looking for an office manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a chiropractic clinic. This full-time job is a hybrid with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.

We are the Bay Area's #1 chiropractic clinic that has won numerous awards. We are an **inclusive** office open to all people. Our team is made up of 20 wonderful individuals and includes a mix of seasoned and new practitioners and assistants.

**Experience and Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- 2 years prior experience managing a team.
- Caring, empathetic, and compassionate towards others.
- Prior experience onboarding new hires.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow steps to reach a goal.
- Skilled with Excel and Google Business Suite.
- Savvy with Technology.
- Natural leader.

**Preferred**:

- Prior healthcare experience
- Bilingual in Spanish.

Job Duties:

- Onboarding and training new hires.
- Performs administrative support functions:

- Leading staff meetings.
- Managing payroll, and tracking of employee hours.
- Screening and interviewing new hires.
- Sending itemized receipts and handling billing inquiries.
- Performing audits of lead tracking, billing, and phone communication.
- Meeting with the owner once a week for recap and goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 5 years (preferred)
