- What you’ll do _
- As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for assisting guests in person and on the phone, writing repair orders, building estimates, processing claims and reviewing documentation for accuracy._

Responsibilities include _**
- _ Writing repair orders for mechanical inspection and creating estimates for guests_
- _Work closely with VW shop technicians, service manager and sales teams to ensure 5-star experiences for guests and peers_
- _Investigate recalls and check for active warranties within the customer database_
- _Coordinate vehicle returns and pickups when needed for guests_
- _Update guests on vehicle repair and diagnostic statuses_
- _Stay up-to-date on OEM certification programs_
- _Continuously evaluate and improve department policies and procedures with management support_
- _Maintain professional image and appearance_

- _ Strong active listening skills and attention to detail_
- _Strong organizational skills_
- _Computer literacy for cataloging and inventory_
- _Skilled knowledge of automobiles, trucks, and their systems_
- _Ability to work independently but also in a team setting_
- _Ability to prioritize workload and follow procedures/policies_
- _Reading and writing comprehension skills_
- _Oral and written communication skills_
