Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Asset Protection Investigator. As an Asset Protection Investigator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our company's assets. This position requires strong investigative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle conflicts effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct criminal investigations related to theft, fraud, and other incidents
- Utilize CCTV systems to monitor and identify potential security threats
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize inventory shrinkage
- Write detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and findings
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed
- Conduct surveillance operations to identify suspicious activities
- Respond to emergency situations and provide assistance as required
- Handle conflicts and difficult situations with professionalism and tact
- Assist in Market inventories and events; requiring the ability to travel outside of regular commute.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or a related field is preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Strong knowledge of report writing and documentation procedures
- Understanding of criminal investigation techniques and procedures
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in conflict management and de-escalation techniques
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
