**Responsibilities**:
The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis / Managed Care Operations will report to the Director of FP&A/ Managed Care Operations. He/she will lead all Financial Planning & Analysis activities and will lead the coordination between TVH functional departments and health plan partners.
- Manage the FP&A Staff
- Lead the coordination of financial and operational metrics for Primary Care and Specialty Care on a monthly basis
- Provide excellent customer service to TVH internal customers
- Manage the monthly financial forecasting and annual budget process
- Serves as a point of contact between TVH and health plans in terms of payor data
- Manage membership reporting and validation along with panel assignments
- Manage clinician bonus reporting and payments
- Oversee commissions reporting and payments
- Oversee documentation of processes within the FP&A team
- Prepare monthly cash flow projections
- Understands current and future payer requirements and ensure that TVH meets those requirements
- Works on other duties as assigned by Director of FP&A and Managed Care Operations

**Education/Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- MBA is strongly preferred
- Minimum five years of supervisory experience
- Experience working in a medical group that has taken global risk with a Medicare Advantage health plan
- Experience working in a high growth organization
- Manages FP&A Staff
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and global-risk business models
- Knowledge of provider group operations that take full-risk on Medicare Advantage
- Ability to work with others and help them plan and think through challenging issues
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and influencing skills
- Highly organized
- Must be proficient with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
