Technical Sales Specialist

**Overview**: Our SISC team is expanding, and we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven technical sales specialist for our Houston, TX operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
- Uncover new opportunities for SISC in existing accounts.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet unique client needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Execute effective sales presentations and lead exhibitions and meetings.
- Ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition within the sales team.
- Marketing:
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance visibility and promote SISC’s services.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Create marketing materials to showcase our solutions.
- Customer Service:
- Foster a strong client relationship through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies for improvement.
- Reporting:
- Provide reliable, real-time forecasts (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
- Assume total responsibility and accountability for assigned territory.
**Qualifications**:
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5 years of experience in automation and controls engineering
- 5 years of successful engineering sales experience
- Proficient in project costing and bidding process
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
