**The EMS Recruiter works with the Operations Manager to achieve the following job goals**:

- Attend EMS recruiting events such as career fairs, graduations, and special events.
- Updating recruitment websites, social media, and participating in professional networking.
- Pre-employment screening, job interviews, and making offers of employment.
- Implement new recruitment strategies
- Ensure compliance with State & Federal hiring laws

**Education, Licensure & Certifications**:

- High School graduate or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- National or State-licensed Paramedic (preferred)
- National or State-licensed EMT (required) & ability to obtain IDPH licensure
