**HVAC Controls/Building Automation - Project Manager/Development**
**Location**: San Francisco Bay Area (East Bay)
**Total Compensation**: 150K+ (competitive base salary plus commission)

**About the Opportunity**:

**What we are looking for**:
**5-10 + years of HVAC controls/ building automation experience **in a technical, project development/management, or sales capacity
**Motivated Leader** providing cradle-to-grave development and oversight of projects
**Client liaison and opportunity development** - actively engaged in identifying new project opportunities and building client relationships.
**Effective communication skills as you interact with professionals **of every level and clients to complete the project and overcome obstacles
**Financial Tracking Skills **- strong knowledge and experience using project management software to track scope, schedule and budget
**Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree **or equivalent work experience
