Primary Mental Health Counselor

Job Scope:
- Provide various clinical or substance abuse services.
- Conduct intakes and monitor individual, group, and family therapies.
- Develop service plans and conduct reviews as needed throughout the duration of treatment.
- Provide mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
- Complete and maintain documentation according to federal and state guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- CASAC, CASAC-T, LCSW, LMSW, MHC-LP, MSW-LP
- 2-3 years of experience within the behavioral health or substance abuse disorder field
- 1-2 years of experience working in in an OASAS funded facility a plus
- Bilingual Polish preferred
- Action-oriented, adaptable, and innovative approach to program planning.
- Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse groups of people.

This is a Full-Time Exempt Position.
