**Job Summary**
We are hiring a Operations Manager
- Wound Care with experience in the operations, management and strategic growth of the Wound Care Program. The Operations Manager works collaboratively with the clinical, leadership and wound care team to provide consistent, quality care for patients with chronic wounds.
**Administrative Coordinator Job Responsibilities**:
Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with referring physicians and administrative personnel who are integral to the operation of the wound programProvides daily management and oversight of all aspects of the wound programContinuously analyzes data and processes to ensure efficient operation and performance of the programIn conjunction with the coordinators, monitors program flow to ensure efficient productivityDevelops departmental plans, goals and objectives according to company policies and proceduresCollaborates with the Clinicians and Clinical Coordinator to provide appropriate wound service coverageAssists with the development of the wound program’s budget and manages it to maximize program profitabilityAddresses variances appropriatelyManages and coordinates all revenue cycle components including scheduling, registration, clinical coverage/treatment, documentation, billing, collections and denialsMonitor and analyze financial reports affecting financial performance of wound program and prepare reports for C-SuiteCoordinate auditing and clinical team to ensure documentation supports reimbursementStays current with LCD and CMS changes in reimbursement and provide appropriate notice/education to staff and physiciansEvaluates new products and equipment to ensure center maintains competitive edge in advanced therapiesIntegrate effectively into organizationBuild and maintain relationships with administration and departments affecting the wound programMeet regularly with leadership regarding performance of programDevelop and maintain strategic and effective working relationship with Clinicians and wound center staffRecruit, hire, manage, and train wound department personnelConducts regular meetings with Clinicians and StaffProvides consistent and timely feedback to manage goals and expectationsPrepares and delivers performance evaluationsWorks collaboratively with the Clinicians, Coordinators, and Medical Director to ensure accurate and timely patient care and documentationMonitors patient and referring physician satisfactionDevelops strategic solutions to problems that ariseMonitor program operations to ensure patient safetyUtilize resources to develop marketing planDevelop and maintain key relationships with referral sources
- Execute marketing plan and document/track activities to leadership and manage trends and changes in the market
**Experience**:
1-2 years of experience in Wound Care ManagementIntermediate level of experience with productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with office equipment, such as fax machines, copy machines, and phone systems-
Highly organized and able to create an organized and easy-to-follow system for othersAbility to handle multiple tasks and duties simultaneouslyIndependently motivated, with the ability to take on tasks and duties without immediate direction
- Strong communication skills
**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be able to pass all background checks
