Job Responsibilities:
1. Community Recruitment: Develop and implement strategies to recruit new members to the AMZ community and join community management Discord channel.

2. Community Building: Foster a strong, engaged community through the creation of communication channels, forums, and groups that encourage interaction, collaboration, and sharing of best practices among creators.

3. Campaign Design and Management: Plan and execute community events, workshops, and webinars that educate members about AMZ App features, campaigns, and opportunities, enhancing their engagement and contribution to the platform.

4. Community Atmosphere: Cultivate a positive, inclusive, fun, and active community atmosphere that encourages participation, creativity, and mutual support among creators.

5. Social media content planning: Supporting operation manager the end-to-end posting process, from concept to approval. Curate diverse content, including livestreams, Instagram Reels, polls, and AMZ, supporting editorial stories or standing alone as impactful content.

6. Produce regular metrics reports that evaluate the effectiveness of published content and offer analysis and recommendations to refine strategies. Create quarterly reports that reflect social media outcomes, trends, and google analytics.

Job Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in community management, social media management, or a related field, preferably with a focus on creator or public communities.

2. BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, Community Management, or a related field. Must be social media savvy, staying current of trending practices for social media.

3. Must possess a background in successfully building relationships and using multiple communications platforms to achieve goals, and experience working in highly collaborative environments.

4. Proven track record of growing and managing vibrant online communities.

5. Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas to engage and grow the community.

6. Deep understanding of social media and digital content trends, especially within the live streaming ecosystem.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per day
