**Position Summary**:
The Marketing Communications Manager will lead the company-wide marketing initiatives, driving brand development, expanding market reach, and amplifying sales leads throughout diverse 24X7 command and control room vertical markets. You will focus on customizing digital marketing and brand management strategies to suit the specialized product lines, effectively addressing the specific needs of mission-critical settings.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, focusing on digital strategies and ROI across various marketing channels.
- Brand and Product Marketing: Oversee all aspects of brand management, including campaign management, product marketing, and public relations to ensure a cohesive and influential brand presence.
- Drive New Market Growth: Enhance social media engagement to boost follower numbers, monitor key metrics, and increase visibility and recognition in emerging markets.
- Digital Marketing and Analytics: Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce?) and marketing platforms to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and sales. Manage digital campaigns, analyze market data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Event Management and Execution: Play a significant role in managing and executing marketing events to boost brand visibility before, during, and after events. Represent Russ Bassett at trade shows and other relevant industry events to enhance the company's market presence and contribute to revenue growth.

**Required Skills**:

- 10 yrs. of experience in marketing in sectors such as public safety and other 24x7 mission-critical environments.
- Proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies that have substantially boosted company revenue and market share through sales-qualified leads and branding exposure.
- Website Redesign and Optimization: Work to update and enhance the user experience, engagement, content and inbound MQLs & SQLs. Collaborate with external agencies to integrate SEO and best practices, leading to an increase in web traffic and user interaction.
- **Content Marketing and Blogging**:Initiate and consistently manage a targeted blogging strategy, focus on industry-relevance topics across various verticals. Position the company as a thought leader, improve organic search rankings, and enhance audience engagement.
- **Trade Show Management and Marketing**:Direct all facets of trade show participation, from logistics and booth design to promotional activities and post-event marketing. Develop and implement innovative branding and promotional strategies that increase lead capture and foster strong client relationships.
- **Lead Generation and Sales Conversion**:Cultivate inbound marketing efforts and lead management processes to enhance lead quality and sales conversion rates. Implement strategic follow-up workflows that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
- **Budget and Resource Management**:Manage an annual marketing budget, optimize and track spend to achieve maximum ROI across multiple campaigns and initiatives.
- **Sales Collateral and Branding Material Development**:Revitalized all sales materials and collateral, including the design of trade show banners and booths. Enhance the overall brand image at trade shows, align it with strategic marketing goals and company values.
- **Customer Testimonials and Video Marketing**:Production of compelling client video testimonials that highlight product effectiveness, client satisfaction and help to significantly boost brand credibility and customer trust.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong relationships with industry partners, team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Technical proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot), Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
