This pivotal role will focus on driving revenue growth, increasing client lifetime value, and improving marketing efficiencies through the development, Management, and execution of national marketing strategies. The primary objective is to grow our e-commerce revenue, particularly on our website, OrangeAluminum.com, and our Amazon store, while supporting sales efforts and building brand recognition.


What you'll do here:

 

E-commerce Revenue Growth and Channel Profitability:

·      Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all e-commerce business matters.

·      Implement strategies to improve conversion rates on the website and Amazon platforms.

·      Conduct A/B testing and analyze user behavior to optimize website design, layout, and content for maximum conversions.

·      Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and increase customer lifetime value.

·      Build personas and map the Orange Aluminum customer journey to identify touchpoint improvements and improve customer experience.


Digital Advertising and Paid Media Management:

·      Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and display networks.

·      Monitor advertising performance, adjust strategies, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS.


Email Marketing:

·      Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive repeat purchases.

·      Segment email lists based on customer behavior and preferences and personalize email content for better engagement.


Brand Building:

·      Identify and execute strategic marketing opportunities to enhance brand recognition.

·      Provide creative direction on design and marketing materials to ensure consistent branding.

·      Monitor and manage SEO programs and identify/execute strategies to improve online presence.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, warehouse, and finance, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

·      Ensure seamless integration between e-commerce initiatives and sales functions to deliver a cohesive customer experience.

·      Collaborate with inside and national sales teams to leverage core company-wide capabilities and bring the voice of the customer to bear.

·      Develop, test, and deploy new offerings to support sales efforts.


Budget Management/Reporting and Analytics:

·      Create and manage the annual e-commerce and marketing budget.

·      Monitor and optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI.

·      Actively track and report website and e-commerce KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

·      Effectively articulate and demonstrate the quantifiable value of the e-commerce channels to Management.

 

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Oversee and mentor the marketing coordinator, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and outside agencies and contractors.
  • Foster a data-driven, creative, and collaborative team environment.


What you'll bring to the table:

·      Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.

·      At least 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.

·      At least 1-3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing marketing projects or small teams.

·      Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels.

·      Proficiency in web analytics tools and experience in analyzing marketing performance.

·      Proven track record of contributing to the development and execution of successful e-commerce and marketing strategies.

·      Experience with NetSuite, BigCommerce, and Amazon Seller Central is essential.

·      Ability to work effectively and manage by influence in a matrix environment.

·      Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

·      Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $125,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), health, dental, vision, and paid time off.
