Qualifications:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily
activities.
- Manage the on-boarding process for new hires which includes conducting reference
checks, background screenings and administering state specific requirements.
- Maintain I9 & E-Verify files in accordance with State laws.
- Maintain employee files and database records.
- Process employee requests and provide relevant information.
- Champions culture, connecting values, priorities, employment brand and overall employee experiences.
**Requirements**:
- 1+ year of professional experience, preferably with human resources experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business preferred.
Pay Range: USD $40,000.00 - USD $50,000.00 /Yr.
