Property Manager

_**A Condominium/Co-Op real estate management company is looking for a portfolio property manager to join their team**_
- Manage a portfolio of cooperatives and condominium properties
- Attend monthly and annual board meetings
- Responsible for leading Board of Director meetings following the agenda package.
- Prepare Board meeting minutes in a timely and professional fashion.
- Knowledge of NYC local law 11
- Supervision and training of building staff members (union and non-union).
- Responsible for final review of operating statements and monthly financial reports.
- Actively participate in budget preparation.
- Constantly seek, evaluate, and execute methods to achieve methods to preserve client cash and capital.
- Responsible for overseeing building repairs and apartment alterations.
- Diligently monitor and take appropriate action on delinquent tenant/shareholder owner accounts.
- Ensure that all building permits, licenses, and etc. are compliant with state and local rules and regulations.
- Perform daily routine property inspections to ensure building safety, maintenance, cleanliness, and communicating with building staff and parties involved
- Identify, discuss, plan, and negotiate with vendors to complete all necessary capital improvement projects (re: vendors - responsible for proper vendor insurance).
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 + years’ experience with residential condominium and cooperative property management
- Experience with AvidXchange, Yardi, Timberline (or similar software)
Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
