Showing Agent

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Showing Agent to join our team. As a Showing Agent, you will perform the following:
Open houses, assist with inspection, appraisal, and walkthrough, and take clients out to see houses. This position requires excellent communication skills and knowledge of real estate law.

**Duties**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences
- Assist clients in buying properties
- Provide guidance and advice on fair housing regulations and property management
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends
- Prepare and present offers.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other agents, lenders, and attorneys to ensure smooth transactions

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of real estate law and fair housing regulations
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
