Xcelerate Solutions is seeking Intelligence Analysts to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Homeland Security Investigation’s (HSI) Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Fusion Center (OFC) and the International Organized Crime Intelligence and Operations Center (IOC-2). In this role, you will be responsible for conducting specialized intelligence and threat analysis via collection, review, interpretation, evaluation, and integration of data from multiple sources to prepare comprehensive customized intelligence reports relevant to time-sensitive areas of interest pertaining to Intelligence Community (IC) and DHS intelligence requirements. **Responsibilities**:

- Analyze investigative information from DHS and HSI personnel and extrapolate requirements for collection, analysis, evaluation, reports generation, and dissemination.
- Establish/maintain working relationships within DHS, the IC, and Law Enforcement communities.
- Research and interpret investigative information.
- Conduct searches of designated DHS information systems, open source sites, and 3 party computer systems to identify violations and lead viability.
- Develop/deliver written reports for the purpose of tracking viable leads.
- Participate in off-site training/conferences as required, such as database training, financial training, and crime conferences.
- Provide in-depth research, analysis, and cultivation of internal law enforcement data and private and public sector data.
- Access and perform research on designated automated intelligence databases for the purpose of identifying information of interest.
- Develop, produce, and deliver Intelligence Reports (IRs)

Minimum Requirements
- Required: High School Diploma - Bachelor’s preferred
- Required: 3+ years’ generalized experience in analysis with federal, state, or local government agencies, law enforcement agencies, or private industry.
- Required: 1+ year of experience writing Intelligence Reports and obtaining/compiling data from various sources into comprehensive reports
- Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools
- Required: Knowledge of DoD RDT&E processes and policies
- Desired: Ability to integrate DTRA Operations, Intelligence, Plans, R&D, and Acquisitions into integrated planning documents and processes
- Clearance: Must possess or be able to acquire a Secret Clearance and High Risk Public Trust
