Staff Intelligence Analyst

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Staff Intelligence Analyst to join our team of qualified professionals within our Systems Engineering organization. This role is located in Chantilly, Virginia, and offers a unique opportunity to work on complex technical intelligence operational topics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct independent research on select technical intelligence operational topics, focusing on system development, architecture, and applying lessons learned to new systems and capabilities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise regarding tasking, planning, and execution of intelligence collection and cyber operations, including exploitation of radio signals of interest.
  • Develop and deliver briefings and written studies as a liaison between customer stakeholders and technical engineering teams.
  • Support engineering teams by leveraging knowledge of parametric data, threat system performance, concepts of operations (CONOPS), and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customer requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and 15 years of related professional/military experience in the Intelligence Community OR a master's degree and 13 years of related professional/military experience.
  • Experience in the intelligence community operations, tactics, and targeting techniques.
  • A current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance or higher is required to start, with the ability to attain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance with Special Program Access (PAR/SAP) within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive experience working in the intelligence community and have working knowledge of Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance (ISR) airborne systems.
  • Understanding of intelligence collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination within the intelligence community.
  • Operational military background in any of the following: Overhead and tactical intelligence collection, Special Operations Support, Electronic Warfare Officer/Weapons Systems Officer, Air Battle Manager, Intelligence Officer.

We offer a competitive salary range of $149,900 - $224,900, flexible work arrangements, 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
