*Position Summary:*
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Solar Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the renewable energy industry and to play an instrumental part in expanding our reach to upcoming markets.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. Engage with potential customers, educating them on the benefits of solar energy and how it can meet their specific needs.
2. Identify and target new markets and opportunities for solar installations.
3. Conduct site evaluations to determine solar potential.
4. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.
6. Stay updated with industry trends, products, and technologies.
7. Work collaboratively with the marketing and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
8. Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets.

- Conduct in home sales consultation to promote and sell solar energy systems
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers
- Provide information and educate customers about the benefits of solar energy
- Assess customers' energy needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of contracts with customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
**Skills**:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Leadership qualities to motivate and guide team members
- Technical knowledge of solar energy systems and their installation
- Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and customer management
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
