Description:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the marketing team in developing, executing, and analyzing a wide variety of marketing campaigns. This role will involve a combination of creative and analytical tasks to help drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

**Essential Functions**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns
- Oversee and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns
- Support the strategy and execution of activities that drive in-bound leads, as well as qualifying leads and reporting on current metrics
- Orchestrate and track loyalty program fulfillment and redemption
- Support creative team with branding/co-branding of reports, one-sheeters, and decks
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools
- Support the coordination of events, promotions, and other marketing activities
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

**Qualifications**:

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across multiple skill teams and leadership levels to achieve common goals
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments, knows how to ask for help and delegate when appropriate
- The ability to work in a collaborative team environment to accomplish corporate objectives as a self-starter and independent individual
- Understanding or proficiency in Marketing Cloud, Salesforce and/or LinkedIn Ad Manager a plus

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
