We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the efficient operation of our production warehouse.

Job Summary:
The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of office functions within our production warehouse. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The Office Manager will coordinate administrative activities, support warehouse operations, and act as a liaison between different departments to enhance productivity and maintain a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:

- Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized, efficient, and safe working environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs.

Financial and HR Responsibilities:

- Assist with payroll processing and employee time tracking.
- Maintain records of employee attendance, leave, and benefits.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and manage accounts payable/receivable.

Customer Service and Communication:

- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with various departments to facilitate operations and resolve issues.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

Warehouse and Production Support:

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products.
- Assist in coordinating logistics and delivery schedules with shipping partners.
- Support quality control processes by maintaining accurate records and reports.

Technology and Systems Management:

- Oversee office technology, including computers, printers, and software systems.
- Ensure data integrity and security by maintaining backups and updating systems.
- Provide basic IT support and coordinate with external IT services as needed.
- Assist with Salesforce and Tableu data entry.

Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for office and warehouse staff.
- Maintain and update safety and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office, QuickBooks, inventory management systems).
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and principles.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

**Experience**:
