**Job Summary**:
THE POSITION: The Project Director II position with the Division of Student Programs in LACOE’s Educational Programs, shall provide administrative, technical, and functional supervision of the Title I programs across the divisions of educational programs; plan, organize, and provide technical, advisory, and administrative services in the implementation and monitoring of Title I programs; provide direction; monitor and assist with the implementation of Title I to ensure compliance with the federal and state requirements; monitor the project budget and implement strategies to ensure budgetary compliance; develop operational policies, guidelines, and procedures; coordinate, monitor, and review program services with county, state, and federal agencies; direct and supervise certificated and classified staff specialized, consultative, advisory, and planning services in the Division of Student Programs. The Project Director II position will serve as LCAP Data Steward: oversee district-level and site-level data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting; prepare presentations to the School Board; prepare specialized reports, data analysis reports, surveys, correspondence, promotional literature, newsletter updates, and other informative material for distribution to stakeholder. It will also serve as liaison to other educational programs be expected to plan, organize, develop, recommend, and evaluate programs, processes, and procedures; conduct special studies and in-services; monitor legislation and provide interpretation and guidance and perform related duties as assigned for students and staff in LACOE Educational Programs’ incarcerated school settings, specialized high schools and county community schools.
