As the General Manager of Bread Production at Doughboy Restaurant Group, you will have an exhilarating opportunity to lead the daily operations of our bread production line. From overseeing and training production staff to ensuring quality control standards are met, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Your innovative approach to developing and implementing production schedules will optimize workflow and minimize waste, contributing to our high-performance culture. By collaborating with the procurement team to manage inventory levels and ordering supplies, you'll demonstrate your commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction. **REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS GENERAL MANAGER- BREAD JOB**:
To excel as the General Manager of Bread Production at Doughboy Restaurant Group, you must possess proven experience in bread production or bakery management, along with in-depth knowledge of bread-making techniques and processes. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential to ensure the productivity and morale of the production staff. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities will help you streamline operations and address any issues promptly. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously is key to meeting production schedules effectively. Your strong attention to detail and commitment to quality will uphold our standards, while knowledge of health and safety regulations will maintain a safe work environment.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to collaborate effectively with various teams within the organization.
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- 3+ years of proven experience in bread production or bakery management.
- In-depth knowledge of bread-making techniques and processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
