Job DescriptionJob DescriptionR&D Director - ProteinZing Recruiting, in partnership with a food development company located in Alsip, IL, is seeking a R&D Director of Protein to join their team The Director will join a great team and company. The R&D Director will travel up to 25%.
R&D Director Job Summary:
  1. Leads the team for the development and execution of strategies.
  2. Support the implementation of innovative technologies.
  3. Implement talent management program in the Protein R&D teams.
  4. Communicates progress of all products.
R&D Director Qualifications:
  1. MS in Food Science, Meat Science, Food Chemistry or related degree.
  2. 10+ years of Research and Development experience within the meat industry.
  3. Experience with retail or foodservice manufacturer.
  4. Strong leadership qualities.
