**Position Overview**:
We are seeking dynamic and outgoing Product Champions to perform in-store product demonstrations and sampling events. As a Product Champion, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, offering delicious samples, and gathering valuable feedback. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills and a passion for food.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet every customer with a friendly and inviting demeanor.
- Engage customers in conversation and introduce them to our gourmet food products.
- Perform in-store product demonstrations and offer samples to customers.
- Capture customer reactions on video when sampling our products and share with the marketing team.
- Provide feedback from customer interactions to help improve our products and marketing strategies.
- Maintain a clean and organized sampling area.
- Maintain a complete sampling inventory for regular sampling rotations.
- Ensure all health and safety standards are met during product handling and sampling.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage customers.
- Passion for gourmet food and a desire to share that passion with others.
- Comfortable with performing live product demonstrations and sampling.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
