Superior Facilities Management Services in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking an Asphalt Paver & Roller Operator who is energetic and self-motivated. The ideal technician must be committed to customer service. Full time position with opportunity for overtime, paid time off, paid Holidays, **GREAT PAY** on experience and certifications.

*Must know how to operate heavy equipment such as Rollers, Asphalt Pavers, Bob Cat, and other power tools.

*Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience with Asphalt, Concrete, Seal Coating and Line Striping.

*Must have a valid driver’s license and must be authorized to work in US.

*Must have good oral and written communication skills.

** BILINGUAL SPANISH SPEAKING IS A BIG PLUS. **

- Debe tener una licencia de conducir válida y debe estar autorizado para trabajar en los Estados Unidos.
- Debe tener buenas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
