Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in finding the right products, and maximizing sales opportunities. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and product features
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Knowledge of retail math concepts (e.g., calculating discounts, sales tax)
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus (multilingual)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
