**Your Daily Routine**:

- Start your day with a team building and sales training meeting at 12 pm.
- Have lunch with your team before heading out to neighborhoods in company vans.

- Represent Smart Green Solar with exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with homeowners.

**People Who Have Done Well In This Role**:

- Previous experience in sales, retail, food service, or customer support is beneficial.
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and highly motivated individuals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum age requirement: 18 years or older.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Own a cell phone with data and internet access.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.

Pay: $48,165.00 - $64,368.00 per year
